It's easy to make reservations online. Simply click on "Online Reservations" above and you will be directed to the StarLite Cruises Reservation Web Page to complete your reservation. You will receive a confirmation number at the end of this process. Please print this page with the confirmation number and present it to our ticket kiosk prior to boarding your cruise. For groups of 20 or more, please call to make your reservation so that we can assure you proper pricing for your event.

Cancellation Policy

All tickets purchased from StarLite Cruises are non-refundable, however, for regular scheduled public cruises, excluding special event and holiday cruises, if your total party size is 9 or less the dollar value may be transferred to a cruise departing within six months if, and only if, you cancel your original reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Upon canceling your original reservation you will receive a confirmation number to be used to apply the dollar value to the future cruise.

Ticketing and Boarding Procedures

Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure. Please present a photo I.D. and your confirmation number at the ticket kiosk to obtain your boarding passes.
