Tenderloin of beef grilled to your order, complemented with a sauce Bearnaise.

Mignonette of beef tenderloin with a peigourdine and mushroom sauce coupled with our StarLite Shrimp Veloute´.
All above dinner entrees are served with a tropical baby green salad, Chef’s selection of seasonal vegetables, bread and complimentary house dessert. All non-pasta entrees also include wild rice or garlic mashed potatoes. In addition to our dinner menu, we offer appetizers and full bar service that can be purchased separately on board.
